How we test. testing starts with a real signup, make a deposit with the Bancontact app, file a withdrawal request and measure it through to the account. Licence status is verified directly with the Gaming Commission and read the bonus terms line by line. What we have not seen ourselves, we do not write.

What the law imposes
Belgium regulates player protection more tightly than the Netherlands or France and it is built that way on purpose. Each site automatically applies a €200 weekly ceiling. Lowering it is immediate, raising happens neither easily nor instantly.
The EPIS system is the regulator's central exclusion list: a single request is enough to stay out everywhere at once. The request goes through the regulator itself. For casino, gaming hall and betting the bar has been 21 since September 2024; scratch cards and Lotto stay at 18. A trial account falls under it too.
